Sibling Rivalry

Sibling rivalry stems from a number of family causes. In adulthood, it may be due to “unfinished business” from old childhood conflicts that were swept away. EWF can work to identify some of the contributing factors that have led to conflict. An issues assessment is conducted along with personality typing and a values survey. Relationship, communications and negotiation training is targeted to meet the needs of the individuals involved.
