Communication Conflicts.

Communication conflicts can occur for a number of reasons. Sometimes it is a simple misunderstanding due to personality and /or cultural differences. Other times it is from biased listening (selective hearing). It can also stem from defenses getting triggered or dealing with a perceived threat. EWF can work with you to understand your own personality type and some of the common communication issues that can arise with your individual style.  You will learn communication strategies and negotiation skills to help diffuse conflicts and garner consensus. Cultural and gender communication differences will also be addressed to improve understanding and communication.
