Kimberly Key opened Encompass Work & Family in Austin, Texas in 2005 to provide coaching services to entrepreneurs and professionals that are experiencing impacts on their family life from their work and vice versa. She also specializes in career counseling, employee relations, conflict resolution, harassment and mobbing in the workplace, mind-body wellness, and family therapy. This broader focus allows her to work with individuals, families and organizations - enhancing critical relationships, business success, career fulfillment, motivation, and overall flow for improved quality of life.

Qualifications - Kimberly is a national certified counselor (NCC), certified mediator, public speaker, and author of Ten Keys for Staying Empowered in a Power Struggle. She has a Master of Arts in marriage and family therapy and counseling and educational psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno (CACREP accredited). In addition, she is a former environmental researcher and entrepreneur that has successfully launched businesses and taken a product to market. She draws from these skills and experiences to help entrepreneurs and clients achieve their own goals.

Her professional affiliations include serving as an associate with France-based Human Research, serving on  the Board of Directors for the National Employment Counseling Association, and being an active member of the American Counseling Association, American Psychological Association, Texas Counseling Association, Counselors for Social Justice .
