Encompass Work & Family is headquartered in Austin, Texas, but provides services at the national and international level. Frequently visited cities outside of Texas include San Diego, San Francisco, Reno, Las Vegas, Chicago, Washington D.C., Boston, Portland, and Montréal, Quebec, Canada, Paris, France, and London, England. 

EWF’s founder and your principal solutions partner is Kimberly Key.

Kimberly is an engaging public speaker, consultant and coach, providing clients with endless innovative solutions, professionalism and compassion. A national certified counselor (NCC) and certified mediator, Kimberly is also a former environmental researcher and entrepreneur that has successfully launched businesses and taken a product to market. She draws from these skills and experiences to help entrepreneurs and clients achieve their own goals.

Kimberly has a Master of Arts in counseling and educational psychology and marriage and family therapy (CACREP accredited) from the University of Nevada, Reno. She is an associate with France-based Human Research and is an active member of the American Counseling Association, American Psychological Association, Texas Counseling Association, Counselors for Social Justice, and serves on the Board of Directors as Trustee for the National Employment Counseling Association.
